O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to restore back the lake namely "Sahib Cheruvu" situated in Sy.No.425 of Moulali Village.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the subject matter of the writ petition pertains to Public Interest Litigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file Public Interest Litigation (PIL).

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file PIL. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
