This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the in action of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad in not disposing E.P.No.91 of 2011 in O.S.No.130 of 2002.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original petition itself was disposed of on 25.10.2018, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
