THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 1464 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a technical defect in filing the criminal revision case and that therefore the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present revision case reserving liberty to file a fresh revision case. Having regard to the submissions, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner as aforestated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
