This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/respondents in D.V.C.No.12 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sangareddy.

Learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions. The matter is pending for the last six years. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
