HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42633 of 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that she was assigned land to an extent of Ac.2.50 cents in Survey No.934-A, situated at Ponguru Village, Marripadu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District vide proceedings dated 03.02.2014 bearing file No.RB 1309/2013 and she was issued pattadar pass books and title deeds bearing pass book No.1404 and her name was also mutated in the revenue records. While so, when the 5th respondent started interfering with the possession of the petitioner without any right over the said land, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.07.2016 before the 3rd respondent on which the 3rd respondent has directed the 4th respondent to enquire into the matter. But, as on today, no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
Since it is stated that petitioner's representation is pending before the respondent authorities, it is for the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight
weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly. No order as to costs.
