The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

The learned counsel Sri P. Venugopal submits that they have given up vakalat for the 3rd respondent.

Sri G. Narender Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 is present.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
