THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1996 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 30.09.2008, rejecting the request of the petitioner for appointment under land loser category. After filing the writ petition, the counsel for the petitioner expired and this Court ordered notice on 30.12.2016 to the petitioner. The notice to the petitioner could not be served. Today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default/nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
