THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.417 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 16.08.2017, passed in WP.MP.No.33795 of 2017 in WP.No.l27205 of 2017, wherein and whereby this Court granted interim direction. Learned Government Pleader produced copy of the proceedings dated 25.03.2019 stating that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court a speaking order dated 22.03.2019, vide proceedings No.Ser.III(1)/1096/2017, has been passed, as such, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. In view of the same I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said speaking order dated 22.03.2019. No order as to costs.
