When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for respondent reported that the common order dated 28.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22767 of 2004 & batch was set aside by the Division Bench in W.A.No.289 of 2019 and batch, dated 11.9.2019.

In view of the same, the Contempt Cases are closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
