THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2157 of 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash Cr.No.305 of 2011 on the file of Langer House Police Station, Langer House, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 420 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported that in this case the investigation has been completed and charge sheet is also filed before the Court of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Mahila Court, Hyderabad. Hence the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________ JUSTICE ANIS.
