THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36996 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and pressurizing the petitioner to register the property bearing D.No.23-27-10 situated in Ward No.13, R.Sy.No.116/2 of Ranapratap Street, Satyanarayanapuram, Vijayawada, Krishna District, in favour of the fourth respondent even though the petitioner purchased the said land under a registered sale deed, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the official respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in any manner with regard to the said property. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the third respondent is interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that the third respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to register the land of the petitioner to the fourth respondent and as such, he prays this Court to direct the third respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) submits that the third respondent is not interfering with the disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that he is proceeding in accordance with law.

Considering the rival submissions made by both the counsel, the third respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and also not to interfere with the personal affairs of the petitioner without therebeing any crime registered

against the petitioner. The third respondent is further directed to follow the due process of law laid down in Code of Criminal Procedure. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
