326 of 2019 on the file of this Court," in pursuant to the order of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.P.No.215212020 dtd: 121612020. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the letter received from the Office of the ll Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, vide letter Dis No.565/ll AMSJ/Hyd/2021, dated 23.10.2021, and upon reading the order dated 1 21612020 in Crl. P. No.2'1 5212020.

The Court made the following: ORDER This petition is filed seeking to extend the time for a further period of six months to dispose of S.C.No.326 of 2019 on the file of the ll Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, pursuant to the order dated 12.06.2020 in Crl.P.No.2152 of 2O2O.

ln view of the letter dated 23.10.2021 , time is extended for a period of three months for disposal of the aforesaid case.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
