THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22548 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not conducting investigation and not filing charge sheet/final report against respondents 4 to 6 in crime No.287 of 2015 of Chintalapudi Police Station, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in connection with said crime, a charge sheet was filed on 20.05.2016, which was taken on file by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chintalapudi, West Godavari District, and numbered as C.C.No.133/2016.

In view of the submission of the learned AGP, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
