Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have compromised the lis and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal. He also made an endorsement on the record to that effect as follows: "Permitted to withdraw the S.A."

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
