When both the writ petition had come up on 31.07.2017, none appeared for the petitioners, and therefore, the matters were directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matters have come up, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf.

Hence, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
