ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.873 of 2018 on the file of Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda District, against them.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed.
