HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43890 of 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in registering the Crime No.262 of 2016 by the Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits in view of the counter affidavit, as the respondents are conducting investigation basing on the suicide note, this writ petition may be closed. In view the above submission, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. No costs.
