HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 456 of 2016 ORDER:

This Court by order dated 13.10.2015 in W P No. 33813 of 2015 directed third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner for grant of pension under Special Security Pension Scheme and to pass orders taking note of the recommendations made by the 4th respondent. Along with the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Project Director, District Rural

Development Agency, Kadapa proceedings dated 7.6.2016 were enclosed. It is seen from para 3 of the said proceedings, the petitioner is found eligible for sanction of pension and was also granted pension vide I D bearing No. 574420. The averments made in the counter affidavit would disclose that petitioner would be paid pension soon after the Government releases the requisite funds.

This Court only directed consideration of the representation by the Project Director, taking note of the recommendations of the 4th respondent. I am satisfied that the proceedings dated 7.6.2016 are in compliance of the orders of this Court dated 13.10.2015.

Accordingly, contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of. No costs.
