Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned II-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.617 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
