Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that the police filed report on 17.04.2015 before the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, stating that the complaint was 'False'. In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
