THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.6594 & 6619 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.5672 of 2019 and batch dated 10.04.2019 and contends that the present writ petitions be allowed in terms of the said order. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents did not dispute the above submission.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 10.04.2019 in W.P.Nos.5672 of 2019 and batch, these writ petitions are also allowed in terms thereof. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
