When the matter is taken up for hearing on 14.02.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give one opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was posted to 16.02.2023. On 16.02.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and to give one final opportunity to the petitioner, posted to 23.02.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

But today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and afternoon sessions. 3.

In view of the same, it clearly shows that the petitioner is not having any interest to prosecute the matter. 4.
