HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.22371 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents for issuance of the essential commodities to the petitioners as the petitioner's license is neither suspended nor cancelled. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P) submits that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended on 27.06.2016. In the light of the prayer sought in the writ petition has become infructuous, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to exercise the rights as available under the law.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
