Narasimha Sarma, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, would fairly state that, in the light of the interim order dated 13.09.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.28418 of 2017 in W.P. No.23061 of 2017, the order, impugned in this writ petition may be set aside; and the writ petition closed. In the light of the submission of the learned Senior Standing Counsel, the impugned order is set aside and the Writ Petition is allowed. However, in the circumstances, no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition stand disposed of.
