HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.5521 of 2018

ORDER

Heard Sri P.R.K.Amerandra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is alleged inaction of the 1st respondent in disposing of the Revision Petition No.12913/LTR-1/2011, filed by the petitioner on 3.9.2011, filed against the orders passed by the Agent to the Government, Eluru, dated 23.07.2011 vide SRA No.4 of 2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the revision is filed as long back as on 3.9.2011, no orders are passed so far by the 1st respondent on the revision and pendency of the revision is causing irreparable loss to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the revision dated 3.9.2011 filed by the petitioner against the orders of the Agent to the Government, West Godavari, Eluru, in SRA No.4 of 10, dated 23.07.2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to all the parties. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
