Perused t he case status information, which shou,s that OP.No.816 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Warangal is dismissed for default on 16.08.2019. That apart, this transfer CMP is filed seeking withdrawal of that case from the Principal District Judge's Court at Warangal and to transfer the sErme to the Court of Principal District Judge, Eluru, East Godavari District.

In view ol the changed circumstances with effect from 01.01.2019 no such relief can be granted by this Court. 4.
