This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"To issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in releasing the compensation for the land in undivided share to the petitioners admeasuring 331.35 sq yards in bearing H. No. 9-1-8384/1, known as Padma Hamsa Apts, Secunderabad even after furnishing the decrees vides O.S. No. 47/2016, O.S. No. 36/2016, O.S. No. 39/2016, O.S. No. 40/2016, O.S. No. 48/2016, O.S. No. 83/2016, O.S. No. 80/2016, O.S. No. 81/2016, O.S. No. 38/2016, O.S. No. 35/2016, O.S. No. 64/2016, O.S. No.
105/2016 passed by XIX Addl Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad as is illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India besides in violation of Land Acquisition Act and Rules, consequently direct the respondents to release the amount in favour of the petitioners as per the decree passed in O.S. No. 47/2016, O.S. No. 36/2016, O.S. No. 39/2016, O.S. No. 40/2016, O.S. No. 48/2016, O.S. No. 83/2016, O.S. No. 80/2016, O.S. No. 81/2016, O.S. No. 38/2016, O.S. No. 35/2016, O.S. No. 64/2016, O.S. No. 105/2016 passed by XIX Addl Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad". 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 to 3 & 6, Sri K.Vivek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.5 and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents 4 & 7, apart from perusing the material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is that though they have made number of representations to the Respondents on 12.5.2016, 20.6.2016 and 15.11.2016, no action has been taken on the said representations.

In view of the above, without going into merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents herein to take appropriate action on the representations said to have been made by the petitioners on 12.5.2016, 20.6.2016 and 15.11.2016 strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity to the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
