ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner got issued a legal notice dated 02.12.2017, but so far no action has been taken by respondents 1 to 3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 submits that such legal notice, if any, will be verified and appropriate reply will be given, as per law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 3 to verify the legal notice dated 02.12.2017 said to have been sent by the petitioner and take appropriate action thereon, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
