This Writ Petition is filed to quash the Award passed in I.D.No.29 of 2001 dt.24.07.20021 by the 1st respondent. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is settled outside the Court as the petitioner received all the benefits from the 2nd respondent and that no cause of action survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and it can be closed 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the relief in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

By recording the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
