ORDER
This application is filed by the petitioner/A6 seeking to extend the time granted to him to surrender before the Station House Officer concerned, vide order, dated 27.O5,2O2Lt passed by this Court in Crl.P.No. 2559 ol 2.021, Heard both sides. Perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/A6 would submit that the petitioner/A6 could not contact his earlier counsel on record. The petitioner/A6 was not informed by his earlier counsel on record about the grant of bail, in spite of the petitioner/A6 approaching the counsel and calling him several times and ultimately, prayed to extend the time granted to the petitioner/A6 to surrender before the Station House Office concerned.
The contentions put forth before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner/A6 are flimsy and not genuine, except blaming the earlier counsel on record, Under these circumstances, it is not a fit case to extend the time as sought for.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
