This matter is posted under the caption 'Infructuous matters" and when the matter was taken up for hearing there was no representation for the petitioner(s) in the pre lunch as well post lunch. It is been observed that the petitioner(s) is no more interested to pursue the matter. Hence there is no other option to this Court except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for Non-Prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
