THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.830 of 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in seizing petitioner shop premises bearing No.7-1-621/3/G/1, S.R.Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad without following due procedure of law, as arbitrary illegal and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently, to direct the respondents to re-open the petitioner shop by passing appropriate orders on petitioner's representations dated 03.07.2010 and 13.07.2010.

When the writ petition came up for admission on 11.03.2011, the learned Standing counsel stated that the seal on the petitioner's shop would be removed positively by tomorrow and the said statement was taken on record and there after, there was no complaint from the petitioner.

In view of the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition. However, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the observations made on 11.03.2011. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
