Yatla Roja Rani v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.5524 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.B.V.S.S.B.K.Ranjit, counsel for petitioners and Mr.Ravi Cheemalapti, counsel for respondent No.4. The petitioners challenge the urgent notice dated 27.01.2018 issued by the 4th respondent as illegal, motivated and contrary to "Mana Kodi" Scheme. I have perused the record and heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
The writ petition does not merit admission, as learned counsel repeatedly brought to the notice of the Court that opportunity may be given to petitioners and the application filed on 27.01.2018 may be directed to be disposed of, for which the learned Standing counsel does not oppose. The writ petition is disposed of by this order: The petitioners are given liberty to file reply to the notice dated 27.01.2018 and also enclose copy of the application dated 27.01.2018 along with the copy of this order within two (02) weeks from today and the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders in accordance with law. Till a decision is taken and communicated, the parties shall maintain status-quo as regards possession and
physical features of the subject matter of the writ petition. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
