THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7622 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that respondents are trying to evict them from the land in their occupation without passing any orders under the provisions of A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 pursuant to the notices issued to them on 19.01.2015 under Section 7 of the Act.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will pass orders pursuant to the above show cause notice and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders pursuant to the show cause notice dt.19.01.2015 issued to the petitioners under the above Act and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. Till such an order is passed, the respondents shall not dispossess the petitioners from the subject land. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
