THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6644 of 2019 O R D E R:

Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his application for grant of building permission for construction of residential building in an extent of 177.69 square yards in Survey No.316, situated at Korutla Town and Mandal, Jagtial District. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2-Korutla Municipality that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 24.10.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23191 of 2017. Relevant portion of the said order reads as under: "Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Municipality to accept and process the application of the petitioner herein for building permission in terms of the Memo No.2252/M1/2017, dated 28.04.2017 issued by respondent No.1 and pass appropriate orders, as per law."

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
