Earlier this writ petition was disposed of by order dated 08.06.2015. However, before the order could be signed, certain discrepancies came to light and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'. The matter appeared under the said caption on 15.06.2015 and was adjourned, as there was no representation for the petitioners. Again on 22.06.2015, there was no representation for the petitioners when the matter came up for hearing. It was accordingly directed to be listed for dismissal on 23.06.2015. Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioners or their learned counsel yet again. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
