HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 20308 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Smt. V. Baby Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner, after advancing some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach competent Court of civil jurisdiction to establish that the petitioner is widow of the deceased - employee.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn grating liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
