This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to transfer O.P.No.2 of 2015 from the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nalgonda to any other Court in Nalgonda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
