This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of System Analyst on the basis of Graduation Qualification with all attendant benefits.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation, and at this stage, there cannot be a direction to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of System Analyst. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
