HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21988 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application to the 4th respondent for grant of No Objection Certificate in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5.70 cents in R.S.No.141/2, 141/7, 141/8, 141/9 and 141/11. In pursuance to the same, the 4th respondent submitted a report dated 17.08.2015 to the 2nd respondent. But no action has been taken so far. The petitioner also challenged the proceedings dated 29.04.2016 wherein the application of the petitioner for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the 4th respondent submitted a report dated 17.08.2015 for issuance of No Objection Certificate to the petitioner, no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent so far.

Since the 4th respondent has already submitted the report on 17.08.2015, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law..

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
