JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order, dated 02.03.2007, in I.A.No.1530 of 2006 in O.S.No.558 of 2006 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

2. Today at the hearing, Mr.M.V.S.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants, has submitted that the cause in the appeal has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order, dated 02.07.2007, in C.M.A.M.P.No.1007 of 2007 is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.No.1007 of 2007 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
