This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 assailing the award and decree dated 05.12.2014 passed in M.V.O.P.No.153 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
