The writ petition was listed for admission on 15.04.2015. At request of learned standing counsel writ petition stood over to today.
2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner places before the Court the notice of award under Section 37 (2) of Act 30 of 2013 dated 31.03.2015. The learned counsel submits that the notice bristles with so many illegalities, irregularities. As a subsequent development has arisen during the pendency of the writ petition, he requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the acquisition proceedings against the subject premises by filing a comprehensive writ petition.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting the leave as stated above.
4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
