CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.23477 of 2008 Dt:05.10.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Mandamus for setting aside order, dated 09.11.2006, in P.L.C.No.224 of 2006 on the file of the Lok Adalat, Machilipatnam. At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties agreed that Writ Petition No.23471 of 2008, wherein issues identical to that raised in this Writ Petition were raised, was allowed by this Court by its order, dated 07.9.2018.

In the light of the above submission, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of order, dated 07.9.2018, in Writ Petition No.23471 of 2008 with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
