Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue a writ, or order or orders or direction one in the nature of "WRIT OF MANDAMUS" declaring the action of Respondents No.2, 3 and 4 is
collusive in procedurally bad and against to the principles natural justice by approaching the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, in S.A.No.6/2016 and obtaining an order pending cancellation of Sale Deed dated 26-072012 vide Document No.3397/2012 of SRO.Vallabunagar and collecting amounts from the respondent No.2 and proposed to deliver the physical possession along with title deed and other documents to respondent No.2 and direct the respondents not to proceed any further in pursuance of directions of the Debt Recovery Tribunal in S.A.No.6/2016 dated 1502-2016."
When the case was called in the pre-lunch session on 27-06-2015, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, the case was passed over. Even in the post-lunch session, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case has been posted to today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
In the light of the above facts, we are convinced that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the Writ Petition. Therefore,
the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.11071 and 11809 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
