Sri K. Sarvabhouma Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, represented that the petitioner died but he has no confirmation about his date of death. Moreover, when the matter was called on 26.02.2016, there was no representation and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of 'for dismissal' to this date. Even today, when the matter again appeared in the list, under the caption of 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
