Sri Venugopal Rao Pasnooru, learned counsel for the petitioners, under the instructions of the writ petitioners, addressed a letter dated 28.09.2018 to the registry requesting to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal' stating that the parties have compromised the matter. Based on the aforesaid letter, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal."

Hence, permission is accorded, and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 28.09.2018 shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
