HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition Nos.5498, 5526 and 5559 of 2018 Common Order:

These three Writ Petitions are filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in insisting the petitioners to produce the pattadar passbook for registration of the sale deed in favour of the fifth respondent in respect of the agricultural lands situated in Survey No.537/AA of Gundla Pochampally village, Medchal Mandal, Medchal - Malkajgiri District, despite the fact that the petitioner's name was incorporated in the revenue records.

When the matters are taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petitions and the Writ Petitions have become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
