HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT Petition No.25485 of 2002 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Certiorari to quash the order dated 19.12.2002 in O.A.No.7644 of 2001 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal). Mr. J. R. Manohar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has reversed the view taken by the Tribunal regarding inclusion of Hyderabad in Zone-VI. In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP MP No.32182 of 2002 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
