On the last occasion, when this A.S. came up on 7.02.2017, there was no representation either on behalf of the appellants or respondents. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for orders'.

Despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for orders', none appears and there is no representation for both sides. Hence, it indicates that both the parties are not interested in pursuing the case. Accordingly, the A.S is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
